About Myself, Coach Ola K. Alghazzouli:
I am an ACE certified personal trainer and functional fitness specialist. I graduated from George Mason University with a B.S in Biology and Health Promotion minor. I created BeFit4Akhirah in 2014 with an intention and purpose to help us get reconnected with Allah swt and to find purpose in our lives through fitness and through living a holistic healthy lifestyle. When I started practicing Islam more in early 2009 and getting reconnected with Quran, I started feeling more excited for Ramadan! I remember there was one Ramadan I was super excited for it that deep inside I was in so much joy that I never in my life experienced before. And I know why that year it was so special for me. It was because I finally got my prayers back on time and finally started getting more conscious about Allah swt. And this is exactly what I want you to feel towards this Ramadan! I know how life can be stressful, and I know how it can be so hard to feel the internal peace when you have so much to do. However, I also want to tell you that I too have experienced anxiety, depression, eating disorder, and much more! I also felt so distant from Islam and Allah even after wearing my hijab in 2011! This life is just a test, my friend, and I want to

Workbook & a guide

The workbook is designed to help you track your daily tasks, goal(s), goal setting, and much more. The workbook and the guide come together and are created for this challenge that will be your tool to use in your preparation for Ramadan. They will help your preparation process to be less stressful and less overwhelming!

Because if you fail to plan, you plan to fail!

Daily...

Each day there will be a new topic that will be a guide to help you get ready for Ramadan mentally, spiritually, and physically! You will get access to live videos and classes for 60 days!

Accountability

With this challenge, you will get access to a private Facebook group page with other women who will be ready to cheer you on during the entire challenge. If you do not have Facebook that is okay! Because you can still access everything on this website in the membership section. You will also receive biweekly emails to help you stay on top of your A-game!

Functional Workouts

The workouts that we will follow in this program are designed to help you be functionally ready for Ramadan! They are for all levels whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced!

Meal prepping guidance!

There will be brief guidance and assistance from me on how to meal prep before Ramadan and during Ramadan! There are some reciepes from the guide book that you can choose from, and we can all share with each other our favorite recipes and make sure to keep them healthy for your goals!

4-Week Program breakdown:

Week 1

In week 1, we will dive deeper into stretching, foam rolling, mobility work, nutrition, meal planning, setting the right mindset, and intentions for Ramadan!

Regain Flexibility and mobility

Week 2

In week 2, we will introduce resistance training and different ways to use resistance bands in our workouts. We will go over goal setting for Ramadan and get it done together. We will focus on belly breathing and why it is super important for our body and Quran recitation! We will talk about the importance of journal and nature therapy for the mind!

Build Resistance

Week 3

In week 3, we will introduce weight lifting and share different ways to build strength training using kettlebells, dumbbells, body weights, and much more! We will take care of our cluttered spaces and get as much organization done as possible! We will go over family kinship and Eid shopping as we help each other stay focused for Ramadan!

Gain Strength

Week 4

The last week before Ramadan starts, we will get our dua' list done, give a day for self-care, go over how we can have a body of Jannah, and much more! This week, you can ask any final questions, thoughts, concerns for Ramadan and be 100% ready, in shaa Allah!
