Mental health is, unfortunately, something that is only somewhat recently becoming recognized as a serious and real issue. Fortunately for everyone there are ways to greatly improve our mental health.

In this episode, we will be sharing information about the importance of nurturing our minds, journaling (including gratitude journals), being mentally healthy, reprogramming our minds to be more positive and how shaytan is trying to distract us and might actually play a role in many of our difficult mental health situations.
