How to prepare for Ramadan mentally, physically, and spiritually during the COVID-19 epidemic?

Ramadan 2020 happens to be on April 24th, in shaa Allah. And not just that, but it's also one the hardest times on us all right now with the COVID-19 epidemic which is really scary on all of us.

One of the hardest parts right now for a lot of Muslims around the world is the fact that masjids (mosques) are going to be closing down which is going to put a lot of Muslims emotionally and spiritually down. And as we know, with being emotionally down, it can be hard to mentally focus as anxieties can kick in, the panic mode can be turned on, and much more.

This is going to be really hard on a lot of people of all faiths despite Ramadan or not who are living in toxic households and within abusive relationships.

Therefore, I recorded a podcast episode to go over this and a FREE guide that will help you be ready for Ramadan in just 5 days! I also have my Purposeful Ramadan Program starting on April 10th-June 4th. To sign up for this program, click here: Purposeful Ramadan Program.

In the podcast episode, I covered the following points:

  • Understand the will of Allah swt and remember the purpose of this life.

  • Creating the right mindset for it

  • Why it's important to stay active for Ramadan.

  • Where to find hope and hold on to faith in times of crisis.

  • How to set realistic and achievable goals for Ramadan with achieving the ultimate results in this life, and in shaa Allah in the next!

Below are 2019 episodes that were recorded to help you prepare for Ramadan even more!
